- Courier/delivery/pickup fees shall be borne by user.
- All of our repairs use genuine Tineco parts. If we can’t repair your machine, we’ll replace it for you.
- The Tineco Limited Warranty covers user’s Tineco device and accessories that come in the box with your product against manufacturing defects for a period of 2 year.
- The warranty excludes normal degradation from ongoing usage, even when it is being properly maintained.
- Parts that are subjected to degradation included but not limited to fuse, belt, brush bar, batteries, filters, roller brushes, dust collector, wheels etc.

Effortlessly clean and sanitize floors. it's heavy & the self propelling function, I feel it is challenging for me to change direction. other than that I really like this cleaner! save my cleaning time
Overall, the best vacuum I've used so far and the floor is squeaky clean after using it. With or without steam is also good! The only downside is the wired cord but it's a small price to pay for a great vacuum / mop.
length of cable is amazing. Can reach almost every corner of my 1100 sqft house with one central plug. Not as agile or as easy to maneouver into corners and nooks as a normal vacuum because it’s heavy. Performance very good. Cleans the floor excellently and sucks up the dirty water into the tank. Floor feels sanitised and very clean after. That said I feel that using a traditional vacuum and then mopping manually gave me a cleaner floor. However at a fraction of the time and effort it is a happy trade-off. Plus I have a sanitised floor without detergent. Not crazy about the roller vacuum part because the roller tends to get strangled by hair.
Got this to replace Tineco S3 from ~3yrs ago. First of all, SOOOO CLEAN. Floor is now cleaner than before when mopped/rolled with detergent. Loving the steam function, can finally be detergent free. Second of all, so heavy! 🥲 the weight and the cord could be quite inconvenient but that’s a small sacrifice for a squeaky clean floor
Good job for the cleaning process. The floor was cleaned and tried it with this new vacuum and the dirty sticks on the floor surface was removed completely. Easy to use but need both hands to swirl to other sides.
