Efficient machine. Been using it religiously everyday since I got it. Now I came back to review it. I have split level house but does not cause any trouble for me although it’s pretty heavy. It’s great for space that you need to clean it everyday. Mine is 2 storey house, so Im just using it downstairs for dining n hall. Living with my 7 cats including 1 veteran cat that peed n yak anywhere she wants, this vacuum is heaven sent. SO EAST TO USE N CLEAN. I have a Karcher mop vacuum but it does trouble me a bit. This time I really make it easy for me, just 1 roller need to be clean n bigger water tank n great dirty tank that is excellent for house use. I must say, it is a holy grail vacuum for me. Plus I got it at a really good price for 7.7 promo.
Received my Tineco S5 steam 5 days after I ordered on 8.8 shoppee promo day. Tested out the product and everything was working fine. In the box came with 3 filters and 2 rollers. Pro side of the product is that it has significantly cut down my cleaning ritual of vacuuming and mopping twice which takes at least 60% of time and energy to complete this task. Downside was that it’s relatively heavy after filling the water tank that is able to complete about 3 rooms, unable to fit under the bed and tight spaces when vacuuming. This product is meant for wide open spaces without much furniture to manoeuvre around and under. Cable was abit inconvenient compared to cordless but that is the only function for steam. Overall I’m very satisfied with the product and happy I made the purchase.
Heavy device but able to do it’s work. The steamer may blow large particles away while navigating. Quite noisy but expected. Overall very nice to use for deep cleaning.
Absolutely love it. Cleans well, sesuai untuk pemalas mop macam I. Sekali harung je, berapa kali dah bersihkan air tumpah, crumbs and oily floor lagi-lagi anak jenis suka makan snack sambil berjalan. So easy to clean the roller and tank as well, the steam works fine easily take off any stain yang lekat, cuma bila guna steam air cepat habis tapi tu pun lama juga baru air habis sempat je vacuum satu rumah apartment. Cuma dia berat and ada cord tapi for me memang perlu workout pun and I tak gemar tergantung kemas kena charge halfway. Very good, i use it almost daily. Fast delivery thank you

works great. cleaned the floor using steam function n notice different level cleaning. i can feel the floor is different after the steam wash. can use to clean balcony or car porch once in a while. the drawback are the machine is very2 heavy to manoeuvre, self drive is very fast n u need to have a lot of muscle power, very heavy to lift to upstairs, can’t be used in tight space at all, need to clean up everything after each session. it is recommended very much for single storey house with very2 large space.

Super fast delivery. Ordered on 09th Sep 23. The item received on 10th Sep 23. Overall is very good. Strong suction power. The product is a bit heavy. It is a bit noisy while using it. But it’s fine. Tested. It saves my housework time. The floor was very clean after using it. I chose the mode with cord because I no need to worry that the battery is not enough to use due to spacious area. For some areas example under the bed or staircase, it could not reach. For me, that’s small issue.

Love the steams! Our tiles feels much less sticky and very clean. I couldn’t believe that we accumulated lots of dust just in a week, so this vacuum really helps in keeping our house clean. Recommend for house with kids and pets! Even without pets also I would recommend to use this.
The Tineco Vacuum + Steamer is good to use
Appears to be a sturdy and quality product. It does what it’s supposed to, well. My floor feels absolutely clean. I wish I didn’t have to top up water so frequently but steaming requires water, so that’s only expected. Moving it around is a breeze. If you are looking for a product that vacuums and steam mops in one go, I highly recommend it.

Jd bebas chemical tp tsgt bersih. 2) I boleh sanitize dgn tekan butang steam. 3) mudah nak handle sbb roda yg sgt smooth 4) sedut bulu kucing dan habuk dgn mudah dan sng. 5) boleh mbersih area dapur lepas masak dgn mudah wp dlm bentuk cecair. Sgt recommended vacuum ni dan yg pntg ianga self cleaning mjadi kerja I sgt mudah.
Portability:the manoeuvre took a little bit more effort than Dyson. Performance:impressive! Vacuum and mop in one action which is super bonus for busy mum. The floor is squeaky clean. The steaming function is definitely a bonus to remove the grease at kitchen area. The customer service of Tineco is tip top! They dispatch the wrong model for me and the customer service rep is very responsive and acted promptly to replace the correct model for me. Tqvm for your no.1 service. Definitely recommended!

Bunyi senyap, performance mantap. Lantai rasa bersih selepas dimop. Agak berat tapi lepas on, mop auto bergerak ke depan. So x rsa berat sangat semasa mop. Pembelian yg sangat berbaloi.
Portability:A bit heavy, but it’s got wheels to help moving Performance:Very satisfied with the cleaning. The floor is really SQUEAKY clean after cleaning. No solution used so don’t have to worry about buying the solution. However, it can’t really the edge of the wall. There’s still a gap when you try to vacuum along the wall. But overall because it really helps cut down our job to half or more, we’re satisfied customers here. Have to throw away the dirty water every time after cleaning and clean the roller from time to time because hair and dirt do get stuck there. It comes with a cleaning brush.
This is my 3rd Tineco purchase. 1st was the A11, 2nd the iFloor and now this Floor One S5 Steam!! Loved all my purchases! I have been eyeing this equipment for some time and was wondering if I should purchase it. I finally dived in and bought it on 1.1.24 and received yesterday 5.1.24. I just mopped my floor and totally love the steam mode. You can notice the water is really dirty. I hate cleaning and this totally makes my life easier. I was totally amazed how it picks up dirt and hair!! Now I have no excuse not to mop and vacuum the floor at the same time. The wires can be a pain but I can put up with it as I know direct power is required as the steam mode sucks up power! Told myself not to complain coz I hated it when I forget to charge the cordless battery or when it dies on me while cleaning. I just want to say thank you Tineco for coming up with this model. As you can see I am a Tineco die hard fan! Maybe Tineco should be sending me my 4th free cordless vacuum next time for being such a loyal fan!! 😏🥰😆
Since i got cats, this item really help me alot. Convenient to use and i dont need to vacuum and mop separately anymore. Steam function is a good additional step during cleaning. I can confidently walk directly on the floor without feeling icky. Cleaning waste after using it also convenient. The waste didnt get stuck and easy to throw away. 1 tank of clean water is enough for my living room. The functions it got not that confusing as i had expected and since all is automatic, i just need to follow the instruction. I had used it a few times and really satisfied with the performance. Good investment for me. Cons: the item is heavy and sound quite loud too. Delivery is fast as i got it within 1 day surprisingly. Overall, 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Worth buying! Walaupun berat sikit tapi tak menyusahkan sebab roda dia memang auto meluncur kedepan. So tak perlukan tekanan yang kuat untuk bawa vacuum keliling rumah. Nampak lantai kat rumah macam tak kotor sangat tapi bila dah steam mop, keruh betul air. Perbezaan selepas steam mop, lantai memang shiny! Customer service sangat helpful, sebelum I decided to purchase S5 steam, I chat customer service minta advice on which series I should get. My concern is lantai rumah sejenis mudah lekat bekas tapak kaki. So customer service terus advice ambil yang steam.
Perfect vacuum+ Steam mop..easy to fix n use..but weight 6.8kg a bit heavy for me coz I’m spine patient but the roller mk easier.. seriously I’m happy with the purchase.. worth buy.. highly recommended..super clean..no any watermark.. easy to clean the parts too..also hv self cleaning button.❤️this product..hope last long..

Steam : 9.5/10 Vacuum Suction: 8/10 Weight : 7/10 Duration: 7/10 but can back to back non stop Cable lenght : 10/10 but need to hold the wire for better maneuver Auto cleaning : 9/10 good enough, but better to dismantle at leave it dry Overall 9.5/10 Did the job well, floor feel non sticky after mop. Recomended this model over the others, steam function is a score. The cable cord made this stuff to last forever over battery model, so better think twice before buy.
After used day 1…really fall in love with this machine…really did the job especially the steam mode is superb…but need to slow down or stay few seconds to dilute the oily area…heavy is good …so the friction against the floor will be cleaner…machine will drag forward but just need to pull….noise level acceptable not that loud…best part is that the machine won’t fall due to head sensor on step…save my time and strength by half…thank u tineco🙏
Good job for the cleaning process. The floor was cleaned and tried it with this new vacuum and the dirty sticks on the floor surface was removed completely. Easy to use but need both hands to swirl to other sides.
Got this to replace Tineco S3 from ~3yrs ago. First of all, SOOOO CLEAN. Floor is now cleaner than before when mopped/rolled with detergent. Loving the steam function, can finally be detergent free. Second of all, so heavy! 🥲 the weight and the cord could be quite inconvenient but that’s a small sacrifice for a squeaky clean floor
length of cable is amazing. Can reach almost every corner of my 1100 sqft house with one central plug. Not as agile or as easy to maneouver into corners and nooks as a normal vacuum because it’s heavy. Performance very good. Cleans the floor excellently and sucks up the dirty water into the tank. Floor feels sanitised and very clean after. That said I feel that using a traditional vacuum and then mopping manually gave me a cleaner floor. However at a fraction of the time and effort it is a happy trade-off. Plus I have a sanitised floor without detergent. Not crazy about the roller vacuum part because the roller tends to get strangled by hair.
Overall, the best vacuum I’ve used so far and the floor is squeaky clean after using it. With or without steam is also good! The only downside is the wired cord but it’s a small price to pay for a great vacuum / mop.
Effortlessly clean and sanitize floors. it’s heavy & the self propelling function, I feel it is challenging for me to change direction. other than that I really like this cleaner! save my cleaning time
