Fraud: By becoming a member, you confirm that the information provided in this form is true and that you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of use of this site. Please note that your membership can be cancelled without notice if it is determined that false or misleading information has been provided, the Terms and Conditions of use have been violated, or other abuses have occurred as determined by SIRCLEHUB SDN BHD in its sole discretion. If membership has been revoked, SIRCLEHUB SDN BHD reserves the right to refuse application or readmission to the membership program.

Limited Right to Use. The viewing, printing or downloading of any content, graphic, form or document from the Site grants you only a limited, nonexclusive license for use solely by you for your own personal use and not for republication, distribution, assignment, sublicense, sale, preparation of derivative works or other use. No part of any content, form or document may be reproduced in any form or incorporated into any information retrieval system, electronic or mechanical, other than for your personal use (but not for resale or redistribution).

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us and our partners, attorneys, staff and affiliates (collectively, “Affiliated Parties”) harmless from any liability, loss, claim and expense, including reasonable attorney’s fees, related to your violation of this Agreement or use of the Site.

Non-transferable. Your right to use the Site is not transferable. Any password or right given to you to obtain information or documents is not transferable and may only be used by you.

Disclaimer. The information from or through the site are provided “as-is,” “as available,” and all warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed (including but not limited to the disclaimer of any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose). The information and services may contain bugs, errors, problems or other limitations. We and our affiliated parties have no liability whatsoever for your use of any information or service. Payments. You represent and warrant that if you are purchasing something from us or from our Merchants that (i) any credit card information you supply is true, correct and complete, (i) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iii) you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any shipping fees and applicable taxes.

You are expressly submitting and consenting in advance to such jurisdiction in any action or proceeding in any of such courts, and are waiving any claim that Selangor is an inconvenient forum or an improper forum based on lack of venue. As such, the laws of Malaysia will govern the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement and elsewhere throughout the Site, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws.

Verification of Members’ Address. SIRCLEHUB SDN BHD reserves the right to contact a Member via email to verify the accuracy of account information (including the Member’s correct name and address) that is needed to provide the Member with the information he or she requested from SIRCLEHUB SDN BHD

2. Privacy Notice

When you join our membership programme, you will or have provided your personal data. Such personal data may include your name, identity card number, contact details, date of birth, gender, marital status, nationality, preferred language, occupation, monthly income and financial information. You, by enrolment to the TinecoMY Loyalty Programme and/or provision of your personal data, consent to and expressly authorize the collection, receipt, use, retention and transfer, in electronic or other form, of your personal data by SIRCLEHUB SDN BHD for any or all of the following purposes (“Purpose(s)”):

  • performing obligations in the course of or in connection with the provision of the goods and/or services requested by you;
  • verifying your identity;
  • responding to, handling and processing queries, requests, applications, complaints and feedback from you;
  • managing the customer relationship;
  • processing payment or credit transactions;
  • sending the marketing information about the goods or services including notifying you of the marketing events, initiatives and promotions, lucky draws, membership, rewards schemes and other promotions;
  • complying with any applicable laws, regulations, codes of practice, guidelines or rules, court order or to assist in law enforcement and investigations conducted by any governmental and/or regulatory authority;
  • any other purposes for which you have provided the information;
  • transmitting to any unaffiliated third parties including third party service providers for and agents of SIRCLEHUB SDN BHD; and relevant governmental and/or regulatory authorities, whether in Malaysia or abroad, for the aforementioned purposes; and

We and each third party will ensure the data processed for all the purposes described herein is in accordance with the security requirement of the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and shall only retain the data as long as necessary in order to fulfil its purpose of processing the data in accordance with each other and is responsible for the secure destruction of data when retention of data is no longer needed or necessary.

This privacy notice explains how we, SIRCLEHUB SDN BHD (Company No. 1284081-T) process your personal data.

Membership Programme. When you join our membership programme, you will or have provided us with your personal data. Such personal data may include your name, identity card number, contact details, data date of birth, gender, marital status, nationality, preferred language, occupation and monthly income and financial information.

We will be processing your personal data for the following purposes:-

  • evaluating your application to be our member; and
  • provision of subsequent services such administer the membership programme and benefits such as extended warranty and insurance, customer service, collection of payments from you and issuance of customer vouchers.

Contests. When you join our contests, we will be processing personal data such as name, identity card, address, contact details and signature. It is mandatory for you to provide the required information failing which we will not be able to process your application to join our contest. We will process your personal data to facilitate your participation in our contests.

Periodically, we will organise contests. If you participate in these contests, we reserve the right to publish and/or use the above mentioned personal data for the purpose of advertisements, commerce and publicity whether online and/or offline. Your personal data may also be published on our website if you are one of the winners. We will never distribute your personal data to a third-party for financial gains.

Website. When you register for an account or use the services provided through our website such as store.tineco.com.my, we will be processing your personal data such as your name, email address, identity card number, contact detail, billing information and some demographic information such as gender and date of birth. It is mandatory for you to provide us with your name, contact information and email address to register for an account and also to use our services.

We will process your personal data for the following purposes:-

  • to register an account with us;
  • to process your orders and order fulfillment.
  • to provide a more personalized experience on our website.

We may correct or supplement your address information with standardized postal representation in order to ensure that your orders are delivered. We do this since we want to make sure that our members receive the order and to lower costs associated with our programs.

When you visit our website, we automatically log your internet protocol (IP) address, your browser type and your access times. We utilize this information to conduct site performance evaluations, to see where visitors are coming from and to keep track of click stream data (the screens our users visit on our site). This data helps us to determine what content our members find most appealing so that we can maximize your enjoyment of the site. Log files are not tied to personally identifiable information.

Your demographic information (gender, date of birth, etc.) will be used for several security purposes, to ensure you are who you say you are and in fact you are paying with your credit cards and not someone using your stolen credit cards.

If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our site, we will ask you for your friend’s name and email address. As a subscriber of our site, you may correct or update your personal data by clicking on the ‘My Account’ link at the top of any page, entering your ID, password and birth date when prompted and clicking the Edit Information button. The changes you make will be reflected in our databases instantly. If you wish to deactivate your account, you may contact our member services group through the ‘My Account’ section, or the ‘Contact Us’ section.

Any request of access or correction of personal data may be subject to a fee and also to any privacy or data protection laws. Where you elect to limit our right to process the personal data, you may contact us in writing. For avoidance of doubt, the limitation does not include processing of mandatory personal data.

3. Membership:

  1. The use of TinecoMY Loyalty Programme and Tinecoins is only applicable at Tineco eshop.
  2. Applicant will need to submit their personal information as may be prescribed (e.g. name, age, contact number, email, correspondence address, ethic) to register for TinecoMY membership and Tinecoin Account at Tineco eshop, any nationwide Tineco outlets or Sirclehub KL and to keep Tineco informed of any changes.
  3. All applicants for TinecoMY Loyalty Programme will be automatically entitled for Tinecoin. Each phone number or email is allowed to register for one Tinecoin Account only.
  4. In the event of the account owner’s untimely demise, account ownership is non-transferrable by any means.
  5. If an account holder is found to be or permitting the abusing and/or breaching of the terms and conditions herein, Tineco/Sirclehub reserves the absolute right and discretion to suspend the account and/or remove or suspend any points without prior notice.
  6. Account holder(s) can choose to leave the Programme at any time. By leaving the Programme, account holder(s) waive the right to any Tinecoin Reward point(s), and e-Voucher(s) already accrued or issued.
  7. All decisions by Tineco/Sirclehub are final, conclusive and binding. No correspondence or claims shall be entertained.
  8. TinecoMY points awarded may not be assigned or transferred and shall be used exclusively by valid TinecoMY member. Any TinecoMY points, which have not been redeemed within 2 years after the end of the calendar year in which the Points were recorded, will automatically expire and be deducted from the Points balance in a Member’s account.
  9. Membership Points, rewards and all related benefits are offered at the sole discretion of Tineco/Sirclehub. Tineco/Sirclehub reserves the right to add, delete, alter or amend any of these Terms and Conditions at any time with or without notice and it shall be effective for adopt. Retention or continuous use of TinecoMY Loyalty Program after the effective date of any change of terms and conditions shall be deemed to constitute acceptance of such changes without reservation by the TinecoMY member.
  10. Any advice or actions of our staff that is contrary to these terms and conditions will not have the effect of changing these terms and conditions.
  11. When you join our membership programme, you will or have provided your personal data. Such personal data may include your name, identity card number, contact details, date of birth, gender, marital status, nationality, preferred language, occupation, monthly income and financial information. You, by enrolment to the TinecoMY Loyalty Programme and/or provision of your personal data, consent to and expressly authorize the collection, receipt, use, retention and transfer, in electronic or other form, of your personal data by SIRCLEHUB SDN. BHD. for any or all of the following purposes (“Purpose(s)”):
  12. SIRCLEHUB SDN. BHD. may retain your personal data for as long as it is necessary to implement, administer and manage the TinecoMY Loyalty Programme, or as required or permitted by applicable laws.
  13. You understand that your personal data may be transferred and/or disclosed to third parties (including service providers and organisations associated with or engaged by SIRCLEHUB SDN. BHD.) assisting in the implementation, administration and/or management of the TinecoMY Loyalty Programme and/or the Purpose(s); and you expressly authorize such transfer and disclosure as well as the retention, use, and the subsequent transfer and disclosure of the data by the recipient(s). You understand that these recipients may be located in your country or elsewhere, and that the recipient’s country may have different data privacy laws and protections than your country.
  14. All data collected disclosed to third party shall only be the purpose to supplement and facilitate the development of information technology of the Company in accordance to all purposes stated herein. The data set may contain personal characteristics of you but does not contain any information or unique identifiers that enable data handlers to identify directly from these data characteristics.

We and each third party will ensure the data processed for all the purposes described herein is in accordance with the security requirement of the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and shall only retain the data as long as necessary in order to fulfil its purpose of processing the data in accordance with each other and is responsible for the secure destruction of data when retention of data is no longer needed or necessary.

BHD.
  19. We generally rely on personal data provided by you (or your authorised representative). In order to ensure that your personal data is current, complete and accurate, please update us if there are changes to your personal data by informing us in writing and via email at the email address provided above.
  20. Tineco/Sirclehub reserves the right to decline the issuance of or withdraw the TinecoMY Loyalty Program at any time or terminate membership as and when necessary without prior notice.
  21. These Terms and Conditions are translated into Bahasa Melayu and English language. In the event of inconsistency, the English version shall prevail.

4. Promotion Policy:

  • All promotions running in Tineco’s website are subject to each promotion’s terms and conditions.
  • All promotions run independently and can’t be combined with other ongoing promotions unless otherwise stipulated.
  • Each discount / voucher / promo code (if any) can only be used once per transaction per account and cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions unless otherwise stipulated.
  • Each discount / voucher / promo code comes with expiry date and will end by 11.59pm on the specified date.
  • Sirclehub reserves the right to hold or cancel any order which violates any promotion’s terms and conditions.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Pick Up Service

  • Pick up will be available after a second email will be sent to you shortly after (excluding weekend & public holidays) where your order will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse to the selected pick up point during online checkout. This may take longer during sales period.
  • Majority of the product are entitled for pick up services, except for big items.
  • Pick up will be available at the selected locations from 5pm onwards.

Standard Delivery

  • Delivery will take from 7 to 14 working days upon confirmation of order (excluding weekend & public holidays) where your order will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse. Please note that this may take longer during sales period.
  • All appliances will be free delivery if purchase above RM1000 in West Malaysia and above RM2000 for East Malaysia
  • In West Malaysia, for purchases below RM1000, there will be a standard courier fee of RM20.
  • In East Malaysia, for purchases below RM2000, there will be a standard courier fee of RM200.
  • Applicable to selected items on the website only.
  • Basic installation will be provided without charges for purchases of bigger items, unless otherwise mentioned.
  • A signature is required upon receiving your order as a proof of receipt.
  • In the event that you are not available to collect your order on the assigned date, please call +60127114600 or email to askwarranty.my@gmail.com.

6. Cancellation Policy:

Tineco reserves the right to hold or cancel any order with prior notice when deemed necessary.
Tineco will proceed with cancellation should circumstances below occur:

  • The item is not / no longer available
  • Pricing disputes arise
  • Product illustration differs from actual product
  • Payment failed or not received
  • Payment information could not be verified
  • The order cannot be shipped to the address provided or where the shipping address could not be verified
  • Violation of Tineco’s Terms and Conditions
  • Cancellation initiated by the Customer
  • Any other unforeseen circumstances that lead to cancellation

Upon cancellation, refund will be processed accordingly and might take up to 14 working days.

7. Return / Exchange Policy

What is the return policy? Most orders are returnable within 7 calendar days upon receipt if they are incorrect, damaged or defective.

  • Incorrect: The item is not the item you ordered. The model or colour is different from what is indicated on the order summary, or there are missing items or parts inside the packaging.
  • Damaged: The item is found to be damaged upon receipt.
  • Defective: The product is not functioning as described by the manufacturer.

Certain items are not eligible to be returned or refunded, such as fridge and washing machine due to certain issues

Returned items must meet the following requirements:

  • The item must be shipped back to us within 7 calendar days upon receipt (as proved by the postal or courier receipt)
  • Item must be in new condition and returned in its original packaging along with all accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and free gifts received with it. All packaging must be unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
  • Item must be unused or hasn’t been installed.
  • All securely sealed items must not be opened, especially electronic items (unless our service centre can ascertain that they were found defective at the time of opening).

Will I get a refund in case of returning the item? You will be eligible for a full refund if the item has been inspected and verified that the item was in perfect condition as described above.

Can I return a damaged or defective product after 7 calendar days upon receipt? If the item is covered by Replacement Warranty, you may bring the item to Sirclehub outlet to verify and process the return warranty accordingly.

8. Refunds

Depending on the mode of payment you’ve selected upon transaction, you will be offered the mode of refund based on your payment mode and may be required to enter additional information.

When will I receive my refund? Depending on the mode of payment you’ve selected upon transaction, you will be offered mode of refund based on your payment mode, which will take between 1 to 15 working days depending on our partnering banks. Please consult the table below for details.

9. Admin Fee

By using the IPP and/or BNPL service, you agree that you will be subject to all prevailing statutory taxes, duties, fees, charges and/or costs however denominated as maybe in force and in connection with any future taxes that may be introduced at any point of time. Any changes to the fees and charges shall be communicated to you with sufficient notice. Due to the backend efforts in managing credit planning, we levy an administrative fee to any purchases that are made with the IPP mode of payment for 12 months period and above. IPP for 6 months and below will be waived of such fee; such fee shall vary depending on the payment tenure of IPP and/or BNPL, subject to the decision of Sirclehub from time to time.

10. Warranty

The 2-Year Limited Warranty

  • Only applies to purchases made from Tineco e-shop and Official Tineco Stores in Malaysia.
  • Is subject to the adherence of the requirements outlined in this instruction manual, and is subject to further conditions outlined below.

What is Covered

  • Your Tineco appliance has a 2-year warranty against original defects in material and workmanship, when used for private household purposes in accordance with the Tineco Instruction Manual. Motorized accessories and battery bought separately come with a 1-year Limited warranty.
  • This warranty provides, at no extra cost to you, all labour and parts necessary to ensure your appliance is in proper operating condition during the warranty period.
  • This warranty will only be valid if the appliance is used in the country in which it was sold.
  • For quality-related warranty claims, items will be replaced with a factory refurbished model of equal value when available, otherwise a new item will be sent. Please be informed that all dispute requests will go through factory or supplier, and the judgement outcome or decision is final and non-appealable.

What is not Covered

Tineco shall not be liable for costs, damages or repairs incurred as a result of:

  • Appliances purchased from an unauthorized dealer.
  • Careless operation or handling, misuse, abuse and/or lack of maintenance or use not in accordance with the Tineco Instruction Manual.
  • Use of the appliance other than for normal domestic purposes, e.g. for commercial or rental purposes.
  • Use of parts not in accordance with the Tineco Instruction Manual.
  • Use of part, accessories including cleaning solutions other than produced by genuine Tineco
  • External factors unrelated to product quality and use, such as weather, modifications, accidents, electrical outages, power surges or acts of God.
  • Repairs or alterations carried out by unauthorized parties or agents.
  • Failing to clear blockage and other hazardous material from the appliance.
  • Normal wear and tear, including normal wearing parts, such as dustbox, belt, wheels, filter, HEPA, brush roller, power cord, water tank(s), vacuum tube, body cover, and charging dock (or where external damage or abuse is diagnosed), carpet or floor damage due to use not in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions or failure to turn the brush roller off when necessary.
  • Reduction in battery discharge time due to battery age or use.
  • At point of assessment, should an item be deemed as defective due to misuse or wear and tear instead of manufacturing, the cost of material components and replacement parts, with all labour charges and transportation costs (if any) to be covered by the customer.
  • The cost of material components and replacement parts, with all labour charges and transportation costs (if any) to be covered by the customer should there be manufacturing defects detected after warranty period.
  • Only Tineco Cleaning Solution is allowed for Tineco Dry/Wet Vacuum Cleaner. Use of other brands of cleaning solution may void your warranty.

Warranty Limitation

  • Any implied warranties relating to your appliance including but not limited to warranty of merchantability or warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this warranty.
  • Warranty coverage applies to the original owner and to the original battery only and is not transferable.
  • This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary by region.
  • Manufacturer’s warranties may not apply in all cases, depending on factors such as use of the product, where the product was purchased, or who you purchased the product from.
  • Please review the warranty carefully, and contact the manufacturer if you have any questions.
  • All Transportation costs (if any) to be covered by the customer.

Warranty Service

  • Register: In order to validate the warranty, you are required to register your appliance on the Tineco official website (www.tineco.com.my/ewarranty) and enjoy exclusive benefits. To register, please enter the last 10 or 11 digits of the serial number (found on the base of the main body). Failure to register your product within 14 days will diminish your warranty rights.
  • How to Claim: Please retain your proof of purchase. To make a claim under our Limited Warranty, please return the complete unit, (all transportation prepaid by you) to the Local Official Tineco customer service centre. You need to provide your serial number and the original purchase receipt with the purchase date and order number on it.
  • All work will be carried out by Local Official Tineco or an authorized agent.
  • Any replaced defective parts will become the property of Tineco.
  • Service under this warranty will not extend the period of this warranty.

11. Tinecoin

  1. All applicants for TinecoMY Loyalty Programme will be automatically entitled for Tinecoin, except for TinecoMY Corporate membership. Each phone number and email is allowed to register for one Tinecoin Account only.
  2. Every 100 Tinecoin is equivalent to One Ringgit Malaysia (RM1.00). The rate may be subjected to change due to unforeseen economic circumstances, prior to change which will be announced 3 days in advance by Sirclehub.
  3. The amount of Tinecoin Account holder accumulated will be recorded in each account holder’s Tinecoin Account. When an account holder wishes to redeem a number of Tinecoin, the said number of Tinecoin will be deducted from the balance last recorded in the Tinecoin Account, with the oldest Tinecoin earned being deducted first.
  4. Each payment and/or redemption Tinecoin shall be in the denomination of minimum 2,000 (equivalent to RM20).
  5. Account holder(s) must accumulate a minimum of 2,000 (equivalent to RM20) Tinecoin to be eligible to redeem and/or make payment, with a maximum redemption of 10,000 (equivalent to RM100) Tinecoin per redemption transactions.
  6. The above clause 4 and 5 will subject to changes for certain special campaigns and selected models from time to time.
  7. All applicable taxes on Tinecoin, e-vouchers or services in connection with the Tinecoin Programme will be the responsibility of the account holder.
  8. Tinecoin is NOT convertible to cash.
  9. Tinecoin CANNOT be used to pay for replacement warranty, transport delivery fees, service installation fees, purchase gift cards, Members Day redemption item or items that Sirclehub may at its discretion decide cannot be used as a form of payment.
  10. Any Tinecoin which is not used by the account holder within 24 months from the date of issue will automatically expire, and be deducted from the Tinecoin Account. In the event of any discrepancies, the records from Sirclehub as to the account holder’s balance of Tinecoin will be final and binding.
  11. In the event that a refund is requested, and such request does comply with Sirclehub’s Cancellation Policy and/or Return/Exchange Policy (*see Terms of Use), any Tinecoins which have been redeemed for the transaction will be credited back/restored to the Tinecoin account of the account holder within 14 business days from the date of cancellation/return.
  12. The manner and number of ways in which Tinecoin may be earned shall be determined by Sirclehub from time to time at its absolute discretion.
  13. If an account holder is found to be abusing, permitting the abuse, and/or breaching of the Terms & Conditions herein, Sirclehub reserves the absolute right and discretion to suspend the account and/or remove or suspend the Tinecoin accumulated without prior notice.
  14. Account holder(s) can choose to leave the Programme at any time. By leaving the Programme, account holder(s) waive the right to any Tinecoin that has already accrued or issued.
  15. All decisions by Sirclehub are final, conclusive and binding. No correspondence or claims shall be entertained.
  16. Sirclehub reserves the right to change, modify and/or amend the Terms & Conditions herein at any time without prior notice.
